The appointee will be a significant contributor to the deal booking and deal management process, as well as assuming responsibility for the day to day functioning of the Italian office. Specific duties will include preparing documentation, booking of deals, collection activities, filing, ordering office supplies as well as answering external telephone calls and greeting visitors. This position would suit someone with 3-4 years transactional/customer service experience gained within Financial Services – some Leasing experience would be preferred. Fluent English is required. THIS POSITION IS FILLED Nordic Area Operations Team Leader Stockholm, Sweden Ref: LJ0009 Excellent package including full benefits Our client a bank-owned global equipment finance company is seeking an experienced leasing operations professional to assume day-to-day management of the Nordic operations team. The position will assume overall responsibility for quotes, docs and purchase orders, funding of deals with external investors, deal and asset system input, general customer service and collections. The role will further take part in set ups of new vendor programmes, as well as attending review meetings with existing vendors. Fluent English is essential. An ability to understand Danish/Norwegian/Finnish would be a bonus.
